Our 175th Anniversary Quilt

Another wonderful gift in celebration of our church's 175th anniversary and created by Friedens' Quilting Group is the
"Stitches In Time" quilt depicting much of the history of Friedens.  This quilt, which measures 106" X 82", was two years in the
making and represents many important aspects of our church's history.  The quilt blocks were based on archival and
recent photos, and hand-drawn illustrations.  An applique process was used to recreate the photos in fabrics.
